Forever Quilting 4 You

Today was the official first meet and greet of the 2023 Island Batik Ambassadors. This meeting was a zoom meeting which meant that I got to meet some very talented ladies from all over the world, one was from Australia with a beautiful accent, this would be her second year as an ambassador.

There were other ladies in the meeting that have been in the group for years and even one lady who has been with the program for the entire 10 years that it has been running. What an honor to meet theses ladies.

There were 13 of us in this zoom meeting and the rest of the group will have their meetings in the next few days.

There are a lot of new things coming up for 2023 and a busy schedule of making a new project each month with the beautiful fabrics that Island Batik sent in December.

I am looking forward to learning new techniques and stretching my quilting limits. Watch for the upcoming unboxing of the fabrics and goodies that I was sent. Once I get that posted we are off and running with a baby quilt I never saw coming my way. It should be a real adventure.
